The MYKARATE – Best Employee Award is an initiative to recognize and celebrate outstanding commitment, performance, and professionalism demonstrated by team members of MYKARATE LLP. This award honors employees who consistently contribute to student development, organizational growth, and uphold the values of discipline, transparency, teamwork, and service that define MYKARATE’s mission in fitness and wellness education.

  • Category: Best Employee of the Month
    • This category acknowledges one employee who has shown exceptional dedication across multiple dimensions of performance and character within the given evaluation period.

3. Selection Criteria

  • Nominees are evaluated based on the following measurable and qualitative criteria:
    • Student Engagement & Performance: Regular student practice video submissions, Consistent student attendance and progress, Positive student and parent feedback
    • Communication & Team Coordination: Effective and transparent group communication, Cooperation with colleagues and management, Timely reporting and professional correspondence
    • Initiative & Responsibility: Extra initiatives beyond regular duties, Active involvement in organizational programs and events, Contribution to creative ideas and operational improvements
    • Service Orientation: Participation in social responsibility activities (e.g., orphanage sessions, public demonstrations), Voluntary community engagement
    • Financial Responsibility: Timely and ethical fee collection practices, Proper record maintenance
    • Professional Values: Punctuality, integrity, and consistency, Respectful behavior and adherence to MYKARATE policies

4. Selection Process

  • WNominations are collected monthly from Branch Heads / Senior Masters / Management.
  • The Selection Committee, comprising the Founder & CEO, Senior Trainers, and HR/Operations Lead, reviews all nominations based on the set criteria.
  • Performance data, feedback, and initiative reports are evaluated objectively.
  • The final decision is made by the MYKARATE Executive Committee.

  • Appreciation post on official MYKARATE channels
  • Gift Voucher or Cash Award (as decided by management)
